31 weeks and settled into our new place

Hey guys!  We’re settled into our new home and it’s feeling great.
John and Karen came over last week and we had a really nice visit.  (They also brought us the great brown couch you see in the photo which reclines back far enough to make us feel really spoiled.)
Janae is 31 weeks along tomorrow and looking cuter than ever.  She was excited to get to feel the baby’s head within both her hands during her checkup at the birth center this morning.
Mom and Dad Maslowski we’re looking forward to your visit from Memphis really soon - and I know Central Oregon eagerly awaits Janae’s arrival tomorrow.  Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!   Mark

All three of us are doing really well. The baby is growing, kicking, and squirming.  We are 15 weeks to the due date – April 27th – time is flying by.

Thank you to everyone for your comments, emails, and thoughts.  We appreciate all of them.

Love,

Janae

23 Weeks

As you can see the baby is growing.  What you can’t tell from the picture is that it is kicking and punching me all of the time.  I’m amazed at the strength of a 1 lb baby.

Happy New Year!

At the closing of 2009, a small poem …
~~~
Oh, the joy and mystery we’ve found,
this ‘09 year all around.
Korea was a surprise change,
interesting, great food, but always a little strange.
Rufus Oregon, the river retreat,
blessed us immensely as we regained our feet.
Off to Boise, a new adventure granted.
Dear friends, we must admit, we might always find ourselves transplanted.
