At the closing of 2009, a small poem …

Oh, the joy and mystery we’ve found,
this ‘09 year all around.
Korea was a surprise change,
interesting, great food, but always a little strange.
Rufus Oregon, the river retreat,
blessed us immensely as we regained our feet.
Off to Boise, a new adventure granted.
Dear friends, we must admit, we might always find ourselves transplanted.

Love the "brute" with his festive hat. The poem says it all...perhaps we should all try and capsulize our year. God is gracious- and life is a continuing adventure...enjoying each day to its full potential.
