Seafood restaurants around here are built on the policy: “If you want fresh fish, you get fresh fish!” In fact, you can view the evening’s fare as you walk in.
This particular restaurant is about 3 blocks from our apartment. It is no exception, I just like the presentation and thought it would make a great photo.
The restaurants that sport these outside fish tanks are not expensive. The average meal is probably $5-7 per person. This particular place does not serve octopus or eel, but both are traditional seafood ‘meats’ at restaurants in Korea.
I am still not sure what those bright orange/red sea ‘corals’ are, but I’ll let you know when it is discovered.
